Position: Senior Architect

Responsibilities: Full design service development and coordination.

Status: 100% CD

Description: Commercial project with more than 80,000 sqft of construction. After a series of design studies and program variations a straight forward “As of Right” design strategy was preferred. The buildings facade speaks to the rhythm, materials and overall urban landscape surrounding the project. It was a challenge to hide within the facade the second level double height parking. The design needed to comply with open air code requirements while adding beauty to the already elegant facade.
